Any physical act that causes fear, harm, or injury, including intimidating physical behavior.

Severity

Never using physical force or intimidation in a relationship.

Any physical act intended to harm, frighten, or control another person.

Examples

Pushing, shoving, or grabbing

Slapping, hitting, or punching

Blocking exits or preventing you from leaving

Throwing or breaking objects to intimidate

Any unwanted physical contact that causes fear or harm
